We perform a range of service requirements on passenger and 4WD vehicles, including Logbook servicing for most makes and models.
Our Service
On your first visit, we carry out a comprehensive inspection of your vehicle, advise you of any issues and provide a choice of solutions.
We use quality oils and filters from both vehicle manufacturers, vehicle aftermarket providers and automotive retailers. Our technicians perform the following with every minor service:
- Supply of Wynn’s Engine Flush and Wynn’s Injector Cleaner additives.
- Provide the specified quality of engine oil.
- Supply & fit a quality oil filter.
- Test drive the vehicle to assess the engine, drivetrain, brakes, suspension and wheel alignment.
- Inspect all lights, wipers (including blades and mechanisms) and horn.
- Assess fuel, air & cabin filters, clean air & cabin where possible.
- Inspect under the bonnet to include water levels, coolant test, brake fluid test, drive belts (with adjustment where necessary) and topping up oil (including auto) levels.
- Evaluate battery performance through electronic testing.
- Check suspension joints, wheel bearings and possible leaks.
- Remove and check condition and treadwear of all tyres (including the spare tyre). Adjust air pressure and rotate as required.
- Thoroughly examine brake system including pads, rotors/discs, brake linings and park brake adjustment.
- Fully inspect vehicle underbody including differentials, transfer case and gearbox. This can also include identification of engine, exhaust, fuel line and gearbox leaks.
- Wash down engine where necessary.
Any additional areas of concern will be discussed with you. Some parts (high spec oils and oil filters) can add additional costs to the service.
Logbook Servicing
A Logbook service is a comprehensive service that examines your vehicle in the way that the manufacturer intended. We service your car as per the vehicle requirements and stamp your logbook as per the manufacturer’s specifications.
New Car Warranty
Cherry Service Centre can carry out servicing under the Manufacturer’s warranty (not extended warranty), and your warranty will remain valid. All services are performed according to the manufacturer’s specification using the appropriate quality parts.
If car dealers have extended warranties at the completion of the manufacturer’s warranty, the vehicle is required to be serviced by the dealer offering the warranty. In these cases, we’re unfortunately unable to perform the service.
